The property is well positioned at the eastern end of a triangular 33 acre field with good access from the road and a near half acre garden. It has parking for 3 cars and good level access to the front door. Paved patio areas, with shrub beds inset, run the length of the property. Shops, pubs and restaurants are available in the neighbouring villages of Chickerell, Langton Herring and Portesham. The Victoria Inn is across the road, approximately 250m from the entrance to The Dairy. |

The Dairy is just below the centre of this picture on the opposite side of the road to the prominent white building which is the Victoria Inn. The Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach are approximately one mile to the right of the B3157.
The property is available throughout the year - the area around the village being particularly popular with walkers. |
