The following facilities on the estate are available by arrangement with the owners: heated outdoor swimming pool (with changing room/shower/WC) (May - Sept) tennis court The drawing room, 'snug' and dining room allow for entertaining in style.  Whilst, in addition to its Aga (always an experience!), the huge farmhouse kitchen offers separate range cooker, twin sinks, twin dishwashers, an American-style fridge/freezer with ice maker and a microwave oven. The kitchen leads to a laundry room, with access to a cloakroom and shower room . . . and there's plenty of space to dry wet coats and wellies! On the first floor, served by the main staircase, is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom.  The remaining bedrooms are arranged as two 'suites', each served by their own staircase. One suite comprises a double bedroom, a twin room, a single room and a bathroom. The second suite comprises a super-king bedroom, a bedroom containing one king-sized and one single bed, and a bathroom. The Coach House sits adjacent to the estate's arable farm and kitchen garden. On the estate you'll find: pheasant, guinea fowl and chickens wild swans, duck and geese on the lake good birdlife around the grounds deer occasionally in the parkland
